Did I get a good Deal?

I was wondering if I got a good deal? I paid $33,600.00 for my 2011 IOM 2SS/RS with 2.75% financing.

Sounds good what was the sticker? Was that out the door or without tax and tags?

The sticker was $38,000, the $33,600 was before all the other stuff.

For a 2011, I say that's fair. Did you try to negotiate on a 2012? I kind of regret getting my 2011 now because of some of the improvements in the 2012. But I got a really good deal on mine so I can't complain.

I bought my 1996 Impala SS new from the same dealership and my friend is the fleet manager, and my 1998 Monte Carlo new from him also, so I figured I was not going to get a better deal anywhere else.

I was just wondering what everyone else paid, to see if I got a good deal.

You did fine...what matters is that YOU are happy with your new car.

For what it's worth...

Sticker for my 2011 2LT RS was 31,600.00.

I got 5,000 trade on my 2001 Pontiac's 75th Anniversary Edition Firebird.

My out the door total was around 26,500 @ 4.9% for 6 years.

Got her late June of this year in Georgtown TX.

I'm happy with this deal... especially since knowing a co-worker of my mom's paid the same sticker last year for a new 2010 1LT (base model, non RS) with zero options.

There is absolutely nothing that is correct in that sentence. 2001 was not an anniversary year (and certainly not #75). Firebirds weren't anniversary edition cars. Trans Ams were. If your car was a 2002 yellow WS-6 trans am with black stripes, it was a 35th anniversary car. If it was a 99 WS-6 Trans Am white with blue stripes and the white and blue leather interior, it was a 30th anniversary car. If your car was either of these, you were bent over on the trade in. Sorry.

I should have waited..... paid $1000 under sticker for mine (only because of GM family discount)
but then if I waited until now I wouldn't have my Synergy Green!
