Maggie with bolt ons L99 500RWHP IS it legit?
I have spoke with numerous shops and there is so much up down I dont know what to expect or what is conservative or dangerous anymore.
TVS2300 3.6 pulley (8psi) 60# injectors KB BAP Ported TB Rotofab CAI Kooks 1 7/8 LT Headers Kooks Catted Connection pipes Noweeds exhaust diverters. 93 Octane. All to be installed and custom street and dyno tuned by Livernois Motorsports. Is it possible to get 500 rwhp on L99 with this setup? Is it safe? Reliable? Legit when advertised? Please post your comments and opinions on what this setup will and should make. I will be sending my car off for this setup and will post actual numbers after my return.

509rwhp L99 Camaro
We just did a very similar build on a customers L99 Camaro.
-American Racing Headers for Camaro with high flow cats and x-pipe -TVS 2300 Camaro Supercharger -Stage 1 Camaro Camsgaft -MTI Racing Hot Spark Plug Wires -Computer programming and Dyno Tuning This Camaro still retains it's everyday driveability but has been transformed into a Hot Rod Camaro that see's track time as well. I figured the customer is happy with his Camaro the way he blew by us on I-75 headed to the CamaroFest, made us look like we were standing still. Go for it .. done right it will be very reliable and you will stll get nice MPG on the highway ... I averaged between 24 and 26 going to C5 Fest

SO I hear I put a deposit down for the build and they are suppose to pick the car up around the 9th of may

Great setup and sure you will be pleased. It makes the car a beast but a daily driver. If you tune and dyno do not let anyone try and push car to max out horsepower. friend of mine has similar setup on an LS3 and he loss fuel pressure at 6000 rpms and ended up burning two pistons. Plugs got so hot the electodes burned off. Think car was leaned out during the tune and fuel pump not keeping up caused the cylinders to go down. now he having to rebuild...it is a great setup just stay on the conservative side. 500 hp is plenty to play with. They reached 550 on the dyno.

I made 478rwhp @ 8lbs with almost the same setup......
I added a Comp Cam and now at 537rwhp @ 5.5lbs...... You should be close to 500 with a safe tune...... |

I will have a kenne bell boost a pump since livernois puts that on standard with this setup so fuel should not be an issue and with research on thier tune they seem to be doing great.
JJ what did you not have that I will that might make the difference. with 478rwhp I would assume you dont have a CAI or you dont have exhaust??

ok I found what you had. That is still a good number for that setup. I am not going to be mad if I get 478rwhp and safety but I may tell people it made 500 lol. Who did your tuning JJ
