VIN tracker vs. Actual built cars

How come the vin tracker isn't showing all cars built? I went by a local dealership yesterday and they had a v6 in their showroom and a 2ss in the back waiting to get prepped that had just arrived.

there have also been posts of people who got their cars that wernt even on the list. hows that happening?

They are no longer showing Camaros on the car lookup at chevrolet.com and gm.ca so we can't find them.

If you get a VIN, forward the info along and it just might be able to be added to the list!

Has anyone found out why GM stop letting those who were looking up the VINs for us and creating the spread sheet get to that site?

They probably didn't want us to see how (un)fair they were distributing cars by state law as Mr. Fitzpatrick had specified

R6P folks have waited for long enough GM!!! Build early orders before any new dealer orders regardless of allocation. Stop treating your most loyal customers so unfairly!!!

And I bet the dealers were freaking out because we would be able to see if/when we were bumped for people willing to pay more to get theirs sooner.

There sure does seem to be ulterior motives here behind GM's actions.

Way to go GM!!! Keep building on that great customer loyalty base.

Funny how they can be so quick, on top of things and motivated to conceal information when it's to their advantage. But providing basic information on our orders...... Why that's just too hard and complicated with all they're going through right now for a little 'ole company like them.
