So what if you had a 2013 dash and a 2010 center console, any trimming then?

You still need to trim the 4 pack trim, where you trim you dont see its the front end where it meets the dash first, see you cant raise the 4 pack trim as high as with the old radio face, so it will not go in if you dont trim to fix the trim.

1 more thing to fit it in with an auto car you will need to pull out 1/2 way the 2 parts on the trim, or they will scratch the auto shifter trim.

Yes, that's a tighter fit than when it came out. Took a little pressure since it has to clear the bottom of the traction control button and lighter socket, since the lighter socket was deeper, I swung it to the right to clear it first, then all was good.

Is there any mainstream stores like RadioShack or autozone that carry the pins that are used in the onstar x2 harness because I managed to break the pin connected to the silver wire and need to find another

It's not likely that you'll find them locally. Either get more from GEN5DIY or order the following from your dealer: 13575548 This should be the connector with a lead wire on it. (I think you actually get a pack of 5)

So after watching the video, I actually took the cables out of the packaging and thought through the process, and was able to observe that the cable connectors are now color-correct for where they go. Maroon, grey, pink, blue, etc. - so don't mind the colors in the video or picture in the instruction for the connectors, just match up the colors and it will be good.

Installed and the radio works great, still working on getting the backup camera on the my link with the splitter to work. Instructions were great and easy to understand. Thanks

***I did not have to Dremel the piece behind the radio nor the 4 pack gauge cluster, everything fit perfectly.. I have a 2012 45th if that makes a difference.
