Just installed American Thunder Flowmaster
Had the dealer install part number 817481 on my L99 for $150.00 which I thought wasn't too bad even though I could of had it done for $50.00 at the muffler shop but did'nt want to trust them with my car anyways all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!! This is not the same car anymore!!!! It's amazing but the only bad thing is it sure will get me some tickets

Nice...this is the catback I am assuming??? ....And how is it when the AFM kicks in and out???

I have this system and they are very nice. However, there is lots of droning with the AFM turned on. I used my programmer to delete that option and what a huge difference. The droning is gone!!!!! Excellent choice.

How can you cancel out the droning? I haven't bought yet, but I had though I made my mind up finally

Yes it is the full cat back and I said ill probably get some tickets because it just makes you want to get on it and hear the noise also makes you waste more gas by doing that although it's suppose to improve gas mileage but I doubt it, but it's worth it. It's actually not all that loud but it has a nice deep rumble. It's not crazy loud or anything but it's a big step up from the quiet stock exhaust. The drone is there with the AFM but it's not too bad but definately noticed it right away. Overall I am happy with my decision. It's the exact sound I was looking for. I also considered just cutting out the stock mufflers and adding flowmaster super 44's to the stock exhaust system keeping the resonators and then maybe removing after. i am very curious to what that would sounded like and it would be much cheaper to do but you do get a performance gain going with the whole cat back.
