So much easier to just do the crank pulley.

I agree that's why I wanted a snout all done LOL.

So what would you say a Good Lower to start with would be? And should the idler be done as well as a relocation bracket? I would like to do as many as possible before diving into the snout and upper. Also is it necessary to do a new Belt once you start doing them?

Because one is a sales person and one is a tech/engineer. .

What makes more money? A 100 pulley or the 6-800 dampner pulley combo?

Any machine shop can do the snout. Should cost you around 100..

Did you have to shave the snout and if so how much to get the 2.38 to fit?

You can go up to 10% before you need to upgrade the injectors.

No Idle or relocation bracket is necessary.

When you go to 18% you will need the Idler Pulley and Injectors.

You can also go 22% with just the 50mm idler

When you go to the 27% you will need the Relocation bracket.

Each pulley needs a different belt.

The Rotofab Cai, SCT 3400 tuner The ATI superdamper with 10% Crank pulley, Belt, Crank Bolt, and JRE Custom Tune make up my 75 RWHP Tune package.

Ted.

get an ATI lower with a 9.55" ring and be done. You must as stated upgrade fuel injectors and use an idler relocation bracket with the larger rings like the 9.55 or 10.

We have pulleys in stock ready to ship. If you do not want to get into a snout yet, I would do the lower first.

Any reason to go with the ATI vs the Metco other than price?

I'm confused...
This is my next upgrade (pulley's and injectors) and there are many opinions going around as what to go with. I currently have Pfadt headers, Roto-Fab CAI, and a ported LS7 throttle body. By reading through this thread, there are multiple ways to go. As Joe said, mine is my DD and I drive the crap out of it. I'm wanting to unleash more of the power this LSA has but not sure which direction to go.
