This is my next upgrade (pulley's and injectors) and there are many opinions going around as what to go with. I currently have Pfadt headers, Roto-Fab CAI, and a ported LS7 throttle body. By reading through this thread, there are multiple ways to go. As Joe said, mine is my DD and I drive the crap out of it. I'm wanting to unleash more of the power this LSA has but not sure which direction to go.
Mine is getting the ATI lower with 22%, 50mm idler, ID850s and Kooks with green cats on Wednesday or Thursday. I'll post dyno numbers when she's done. I also daily drive the hell out of this thing

Awesome. Hoping to break 600.. But not a huge deal if not. I'll be adding a cam as soon as I figure out if I'm going to Germany or not. I'm not big on the idea of bringing a cammed ZL1 to Germany. Long way away if something goes wrong.

I like that combo.

I would be happy to answer all of your questions and guide you down the best path for you.

Since then I have done injectors and 2.50 metco upper pulley and ported lsa tb. Result 562rwhp 578rwtq, no loss of driveability but lots more fuel consumption. I did another trip upby you for holidays swiz but my highway mpgs were 16

If you have the ability to Log your car you can gain that lost mileage back with a touch up of the tune.

Which injectors?

Ted.

I know I am quoting an old post but since there are some new posts on it I am going to clarify.

What I had said is that when running the smaller 2.35 pulley you are more prone to belt slip. You will have less belt contact area and you are spinning it faster. Does this mean that you are guaranteed to have belt slip? NO. You are just more likely to have it with the smaller pulley than when you run a 2.55 pulley with the 10% overdriven lower (around the same overall percentage of overdrive, but you have more surface contact area).
