Come on guys THink its a factory test car being driven in the snow for winter testing,its done with every model,even vetts...I doubt it has anything to do with more money than brains....for all we know they are testing tires ,so they can recommend a winter tire,instead of halting production like they do on the ZL1 every winter.
Although the tire thing is just IMOP and a wild guess,but the plate sort of gives it away...

I'm with Zig Zag - I love the look of the new tail lights especially the LED's on my ZL1!!! They give a great retro look and a great improvement over the Reese's Buttercup tail lights.

I just have to laugh at all these people complaining about a test mule car being driven in all types of weather heck even if it was a production one and someone owned it what does it matter what someone else does with their car they paid for? For me I drive in all elements even if I love my car its my daily and I don't have the luxury of a garage or other car im going to drive it no matter what heck even if I did have that luxury its a car and cars are made to be driven in all types of weather. If I win the lotto ill buy a Z/28 and daily it for you guys and get in nice and dirty and post pics so can cry about it lol.

Maybe before posting you should actually learn something about what you are talking about.
1. The tail lights looks more like an older Camaro than a Honda.
2. The hood insert on the SS is not fake, it's Functional.
3. The hood insert is not on every model, the V6 models do not have one.
4. It looks nothing like the ZL1's hood insert. And the entire front end is different on a ZL1.

If people are concerned about that, try living in the country and having a filthy car year round! Rain puddles splashing, dirt roads, and screwy highways... My car is always FILTHY and rarely ever clean lol. Talk about getting driven. I drive in everything too. It's all I have! :iuno:

To each his own. Personally, I think the old taillights look like cheap plastic crap and really like the '14s.

As far as the hood insert, it's far from fake. The solid hood was under considerable pressure at high speed and the vent relieves the pressure and significantly reduces front-end lift at high speed. It's quite functional.

I'm pretty sick and tired of this crap. Surely some of you realize where they got most of their influence from.... This style of tail light isn't anything new to the Camaro. You have your 2010-2013 camaro. Be happy with your tail lights and move on. Why do we have to constantly hear the gen 5 crew piss and moan about the Gen 5 "S" tailights. If you didn't like the new tail lights, then you should have called Becky and rush ordered a 13' like I did. Otherwise, GET OVER IT!

I'm not even going to get started with your Fake Hood Insert comment. That's just not even right.

BTW: in case you forgot what the old camaros looked like....
