Geek level details on the LS3
Hello all, this fine morning. I had to share this with you all as I know many (most) of you will eat up any and all details about the LS3 engine sitting in between your fender walls. I am sure most of you know, that the LS3 V8 is sourced directly from the 2008 Corvette. I found this article at the Corvette Action Center and it's a fine 6 page article that dates back to 2007 when the LS3 was new, but it's awesome!
I would love to know why our LS3 is rated at 426 HP while in a 2008 Vette without the NPP exhaust it's at 430. Regardless, this is our engine now also and I must say that I love my LS3! I hope this is not a repost, but if it is, so be it! Enjoy! http://corvetteactioncenter.com/spec...ls3_page1.html eB
