Tire pressure monitor CEL after tire change

Just changed my front tires and rims. Set my tire pressure at 36#s all the way around. Started car and all pressure read between 35 and 37 which has been normal. Drove car about 25 miles and info screen says to have tire monitor system serviced. Tried relearn 5 times and it didn't work. Have a helms manual but it says use the dealer scan tool. Is there another way to fix? Thanks in advance

After you told it to relearn, did you lower the tire pressure in each wheel starting on the front drivers side until the horn beeped?

Worked like a charm . Set all to 36#s. Light is off and info center is clear. Pressures still read between 35 & 37. All set at 36# with a race tire gauge that reads to tenth #.
