black piece of plastic under front bumper?

so I was driving last night and I hit something not sure what it was I did a damage look this morning and didn't see anything but after I left my mom called to tell me the black piece of plastic under my front bumper fell off in the drive way so what do I do. do I need to just take it to my dealer and have it reattached

If you didn't completely tear it off of the car (like you ripped the piece off the car and destroyed the holes on the bottom of the nose and you didn't destroy the rubber piece), you can purchase the plastic screws and nuts to reattach it to your car. You can get them from the parts department, or pay the local service department to reattach it for you at their fee.

Just got a chance to come home and look at it luckily there no damage on the piece and the wholes in the bumper and fine too that a relief

I left mine off. It keeps rocks and debris from getting into the rotors and behind the wheels. I don't go offroading.
