So I'm still procuring parts. I have some ZL1 rotors I'm getting from a member here and the calipers will get Powder Coated with a new logo. I'm hoping to do a silver close to the interior silver trim color. The logo's will be like this...

In the same location and font as the ZL1 calipers. Looking to have Mike the Powder Coater do them. I'm also going to at MINIMUM do the RB performance brake seals but I'm leaning heavily towards doing the piston kits. If it all works out I will have it all buttoned up and on the car by the end of September.

Oh and the Vararam Power Wedge got dropped off today also.

So to return from the dead. I was all set to order the headers but I stumbled on a killer deal for some CTS-V brakes. So I'm currently knee deep in the parts procurement process. Parts and pics should start arriving in the next week or two.

I couldn't go with out some power upgrades. I am picking up Vmax TB next week and don't mock me for this but I'm going to try the Vararam Power Wedge... lol

My plan is to do headers plus the current mods. ADM Race intake, Ported TB, Wedge thingie, then I'll get it tuned by either Tampa Tuning or Jeremy Formato. I'll run it like that until late next year when the heads/cam/possibly intake/new tune happen .

I'll do suspension mods between the upcoming tune and the Cam and stuff.

So mods are coming soon...

If I were you I'd go to Jeremy. No offense to Tampa Tuning.

I know Jeremy is legendary around here, and farther than that too. I saw his CTS at Stingray a little while ago and that thing was so serious when it started up my nads ached...


I want to talk to the guys at Stingray and get their opinion on who to go with. I can't disregard FSP either...
