looking at old threads...no idea why, I found this one:

its interesting that they are complaining about the rear end of the Camaro because they didn't like the look and it looked to much like a corvette.....

ironically there are posts now about the 2014 not liking the tail and complaining it doesn't look more like the corvette

Are people really complaining that it doesn't look like the Corvette, or are they just complaining that they don't think the rear looks good. I think the diffuser looks too much like the the Corvette (too much black). The Corvette taillights themselves look better (they look similar to the 2010 - 2013 Camaro). However, overall the rear of the 2014 Corvette is a total fail and the rear of the 2014 Camaro is a downgrade from the previous.

That thread is interesting though.

I disagree. I think the C6 Corvette was out dated and needed an over haul and the Corvette design team did a home run with the new C7. Love everything about the new Vette. Hopefully they will have a home run with the new C6 Camaro.
