Pumpkin Sponsored By Speedster
Speedster has given me his stock diff from SST for the purpose of building a new and improved diff for Pumpkin. I guess that makes SST and Pumpkin cousins sorta.
The plan is: AAM Gears ( Ratio to be determined) Billet Caps and Posi Kit (JRE) LPW Diff Cover

Look's like Pumpkin lost a halo ring on the passenger side. Anybody else read anything about having a halo replaced?

I've seen some discolor but not fail... that's weird.

Nope. Totally DOA. I do turn the halo's on during day time driving. Just adds to Pumpkin's smile. Shouldn't matter.

Glad you finally got it. Couldn't go to a better fellow C5'er and Pumpkin. Now build it up and use the heck out of it. It had a whopping 669 miles on it of which 200 were just driving it back from the dealership... |

I'll send you some Froggie's. I wanted to get er done for for the Fall DA, but I'm too busy driving the wheels off Pumpkin for any down time to swap the diff's. First order of buisiness is to call Ted for posi kit and caps. Then gear choice, the responsible way to go would be 3:70's but.............................I'm leaning towards 3:90's. I'm not finished till Pumpkin goes into the 11's.

Racing for a Whally
NHRA brings it's National Open to MRP this weekend. To night is the big show with Nostalga Nitro Funny Cars running at 7 and 9 pm. Nothing like nitro at night. We will be running the Canso in the CPSA ProStreet for a Whally. Being former champions there is no bigger piece of hardware then a Whally.

So I was at the dealer's yesterday for a social visit and I checked with my GM parts guy in regards to the Halo's. Hope nobody has to replace one on there own dime, cause your going to need a pick-up truck full. $1200 wholesale for a headlight bucket complete with halo.

Bumped for Milkpage007. Hey Bud like the looks of the Torq WOT No-lift shift shift box. I'm going to look into that box further.
