Does the headers and the tuning affect the engine and the transmission ?

You mean negatively affect it?

All mods open the door for problems but done properly you should be good to go. Those are pretty basic mods. I'm sure you'd be fine.

Yes If they negatively affect the enigne and the Transmission

Headers without the Magnaflow resonated x-pipe may have a negative effect for you. The rasp from the exhaust without it is pretty bad

They won't hurt anything done right, but the tune will void your powertrain warranty.

I can hurt a bone-stock Camaro off the lot in 5 miles or less, just gimme the key! The loose nut behind the steering wheel is usually the biggest problem

Don't need x pipe mine sounded good with the LT and axle back mrt 1.0 but anyways I put over 50k miles on my mods I had on my 2010 v6 even on e85 tune as well. So you'll be fine
