WTB. ZL1 steering wheel

I love the suede on the zl1 steering wheel (nascar like) and can't afford to buy the whole car so if anybody is going to an aftermarket steering wheel pm and ill buy yours also i also would need the airbag because the zl1 steering wheel is not complatable with my 2011 airbag thanks

Actually you can put the ZL1 steering wheel on your 2010-11 camaro, you do need the newer style airbag.. I did this to my 2011 convertible, I bought the ZL1 steering wheel from http://www.crateenginedepot.com/Cama...46-P23960.aspx
and I bought an airbag off e-bay for I think $250 shipped and I had my local dealer install it for me for if I remember correctly $70-80... just a bit more than just purchasing the ZL1 steering wheel from GM... go figure.. You can do the install yourself, however there may be a chance that you would have to have the GM boys reflash your compute due to the new steering wheel (according to my local dealer, ploy or not, I'd rather not mess with the airbag)

I did this myself at home, no need to take it to the dealer, that is a ploy for them to make some money for nothing. It would be like replacing the battery, no need to go to the dealer for that.

I would be interested in buying someone's non zl1 steering wheel/airbag if they are in excellent condition.
