CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Thank you everyone for the welcome, I've definitely joined the permagrin family. It started immediately after I drove it off the lot in the pouring rain last week. It's hard to participate in the real world and go to work every morning but I guess we can't just drive all the time.

Thanks for the info and invite! I usually work on Saturdays but this would definitely give me an excuse to get a few of them off every now and then, so hopefully I can swing by one weekend for a ride/meetup.

As requested here are some pics as well.

I got the last blue ray metallic they had in stock and got a pretty good price with the trade of an already low priced car with 100k on it after 5 years considered. I also had a private offer and a brand new salesman to work with which made negotiating a breeze. Overall the car is amazing and my daily drives to and from work keeps me smiling, especially with the nice cool windows down kind of weather here in Henderson/Las Vegas that we've had lately.
Congrats!

Thank you, I will definitely contact you if I need anything. I'm actually really surprised and happy to see a customer care representative on the forums. I'm already impressed with the chevy customer service. So far it has surpassed Nissan already by far, getting in touch with them for advice and warranty issues was always a hassle even at the dealership level.

There's one thing you'll hate tho, having to get out of your Camaro to participate in real life!
The blue ray metallic seemed like a difficult color to come by especially since it was the end of the model year and the color was discontinued if I heard correctly. As soon as I saw the blue exterior contrasted with the grey and black interior I knew my 6 month search and research paid off. You're right tho, participating in real life isn't easy.
