Thanks I'll give it another try. My install has been a pain but I did a cam install at the same time. So it's been painful.

I swapped my cam, clutch, axles, rear, and driveshaft.

Made 580 @15 lbs with the on3 76mm .81 AR turbo, pump gas and meth. Put a Borg Warner S400 71mm 1.10 AR turbo on it and it made 590 @ 9 lbs.

I should have my install wrapped up soon. Then its onto my fabricator to modify the pipe that meets the exhaust as I have a TSP 3" and this goes from 3 into 2x2.5. Im also running a very similar cam to the BTR Stage 3 Turbo cam.

That doesn't sound promising for the On3 turbo.

About what I would expect. Can only put so much through a single 3" pipe with the wastegate back into it. Venting the WG to atmosphere can probably free up some, but for a high HP single kit you really need a 3.5-4" DP.

the roads were clean enough today so i got the car out. started on tuning a bit. seeing 4-5 psi with no boost controller hooked up. stock spring in the waste gate. turbo spools up nice and pulls up to redline. running rich with low timing. 10.5 afr and 10* timing. once i get it dialed in closer ill add a few psi of boost back into with the manual boost controller. may have to rent a dyno to get it closer, it going too fast on the street in 3rd and 2nd is useless in the cold.

Yea I was told the .81 AR was too small for LS engines. Probably could have maxed it out at 650ish with more tuning

If you have a trailer bring it over the border in a couple weeks when im tuning mine, my tuner will be there and we can get a better price on the dyno rental.

So im actually stuck on my kit, I didnt get the Coolant Line from the Kit as I bought mine used and obviously the DP hits the hose. I tried to call and email On3 with no response (their phone is off today). I may have to fab it up.

You're better off making your own. I contacted them about some things they said they would loook, then 2 weeks later no response. I gave up on them.

Have you talked to guys at New Age Hotrod yet (New Hartford area) about any Dyno time, probably have one of the nicest Dyno rooms I have ever seen.
