service stabilitrak with no RPMs *pictures*

Happening again,.every so often will start the car and it idles and runs very rough, and the service stabilitrak and traction lights come on, and rpm gauge doesn't work. Then I drive for a bit, shut off and tune back on and it's gone... has this happened to anyone?

Just had that happen last week, scanned it and it had a P0335 code and it was the crank sensor, hard starting, long crank but never went away like yours.

mine does this when it is very hot and the car is hot.the car cranks very slow then exactly what you say happens. i have to let it sit a half hour or so then it starts fine and runs fine.

2 things ive seen it could be, crank pos sensor or ive heard possible cracked spark plugs.

had the same issues. A complete reflash of the ecm and bcm was needed by the dealer due to known issues on the older operating system. mine also tried stalling out when the a/c was turned on

Typing fat fingered on my GS3...excuse any sfelling mitcakes

quick question... when this happened on your car was it running a little hesitant before the starter replace.. almost like little drops of power here and there?

I read somewhere on here that people were bypassing that positive battery post under the hood and that seemed to fix this problem for people. I guess sometimes the current doesn't flow very well because of the different metals that meet there.
