Tire and Rim size!!!!
Hey i am new to camaro5, I just got a few months ago a 2015 camaro v6 and in a few months i plan on getting new tires and rims. the only problem is I dont know what size tires to get. I would definetly(sorry for spelling) want wider back tires. I was going for the staggered look if possible, also what brand of rims is good.

There are plenty of threads on this subject. Do a search would be best.
There is an entire section devoted to wheels and tires, start going thru those threads. You can move the rear tires to the front and go to a 305/35/20 for the rear. Depending on the wheels and offsets is what will fit well. The wheel industry has many options, you need to decide for yourself what you are looking for with cost, weight, and looks. good luck.

Can you take the governor off of a car if you get bigger tires that are able to with stand higher speeds?

You would need a tune to remove the governor.
