Yes, part of the bumper to bumper warranty unless you have modified the strereo system.

Alright thanks because I think I'm gonna have to fight the dealer to get one of my speakers fixed, they're saying they don't hear anything when it's clearly blown out. Only one Chevy dealer in town and the nearest after that would be at least 30 minutes away.

Take proper dedication and make sure it's blown better, then take it back to them.

Speakers are only covered under the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty if it is diagnosed as a defect in materials or workmanship.
