Have you considered a 1LE splitter? Or are you going with a Z/28 one to match the rockers?

I'm having a difficult time deciding on the matter. I've narrowed it down to three choices:

A. 1LE splitter painted gloss black with JPSS V4 Aero

B. ZL1 front bumper with plastics painted gloss black and JPSS V4 Aero

C. 2014+ front bumper with Z/28 splitter and JPSS V4 Aero.

The 2014+ front bumper will allow me to mount the fender flares that came with the rockers. I'm not sure if I will find an application for fender flares if I stay with the 2010-2013 body style.

Just got home from the Goodguys 24th Summer Get-Together at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, CA. The show was celebrating 50 years of Chevrolet Camaro. Met a friend named Marty with a 2014 VR Z/28. Also snagged a picture of that famous Vette.

Snagged these earlier today. Going to pair with J&M 2010+ CAMARO FRONT AND REAR BRAKE HOSE KIT and new rotors / pads in the future.

Im in the same boat as you when it comes to the front end.

1LE font lip, for the same price, you can get the ZL1 font bumper.

I understand your going to add the JPSS V4 Aero to both, but.... with the 1LE front lip, even though it looks killer. There is a video clip where you can see it flexing. I cant see the ZL1 doing that, especially if it's almost the same price.

I say, go with the Z/28 front end.... and im saying this because this is what i plan on doing.

1. the fender flare kit you have will plug and play.
2. you don't really need to swap out your headlights..... unless your really picky about the fitment being 100%. There is a post about this.
3. its a few bucks cheaper for this conversion.
4. it works..... the only 2 things you will be missing will be the wing and the diffuser, but if your going to be using the JPSS V4 Aero kit, this should be addressed with this kit.

I ended on using the SLP front splitter in combination with Z/28 fender flares. I will have installed pictures sometime next week.

What do you have your front bar at now? Full soft would help the turn in at the expense of more front roll

Front bar is set in the middle position. I am able to induce corner understeer but am having some rear traction issues.

I need a new seat as I am being tossed around inside the cabin. I believe if I can get some seat time in aftermarket seats I can set the bar to full hard and have the compliance to corner faster and stronger.

Fender flares and front splitter installed. Aero has significant difference in the behavior of the car. I need a hood insert to relieve pressure from underneath.

That looks great.

Any pic's of the rear?

I know the lower part of the 10-13 bumpers cave in more then 14-15.
