OEM or aftermarket plugs?

I have 88k miles and was thinking maybe to change my plugs. There are so many different views on spark plugs. What do you think, AC Delco or aftermarket? Why would an aftermarket be better? What advantages and disadvantages to an aftermarket plug? btw I have the 3.6L V6

Always go with oem everything if possible.

There's a reason these world class 6-7 figure engineers choose specific things for our vehicles.

If no major aftermarket mods, OEM all the way. Ck the wire also for resistance. Inspect the plug wire ends to make sure the are still in good shape:

Worn:

New:
