Where are you guys installing the hot wire for your aftermarket boost gauges?

Presuming that you are trying to wire the back light so that it illuminates when the headlights are on, you really want to hit the parking light circuit instead.

Purple and brown/white at the BCM - black plug, pins 6 and 5. Tap either one. They are both +.

It is in the dash above the peddles. Hang upside down looking up from the floor and you will see a series of colored square plugs. That's your BCM.

This must be it. Both wires or just one. Either the purple or the brown with white stripe. I circled the wires in red.
