GM,, its the little things

Was following my Camaro the other day, long story, well I noticed the licence plate and frame were vibrating. Checked and made sure the 2 screws were tight and they were. While having the oil changed on my Silverado yesterday, I asked for 2 more screws for the lower mounting holes. The service manager went in the back and handed me 2 generic screws. I said thanks and he said thanks for buying the Camaro. Well I get home and go to install the 2 screws and find that the nylon inserts are not even installed to mount the lower part of the plate/frame. Why allow 4 screws to be installed but only put 2 inserts? weight reduction for you John Force/Dale Never win wanna be's? reduce our carbon foot print? balance the budget?
Could one of you helpful members let me know the PN for the inserts? Thanks

Dynamat sounds good. I will use something a little different thats used on Jets. Very thin, light and free.

Maybe they stole them for another car?
Mine had the four inserts but two screws ...
Went to Advanced and bought a set of four stainless anti theft screws!
(that was my first mod)
I agree with why not put four screws in to stop any rattle ... this aint grandmas Cavalier!!
