Anyone have any reviews/connections with this company?

Quick story.

April 16 I order a 3" Corsa Exhaust May 12 still nothing.

The story starts off like any normal online purchase. Items get shipped tracking number is supplied (with in a week) and I await for my order.

First FLAG- order only weighs 7lbs (I order mats for Cruze)

Order arrives and my suspicions were correct only 1/2 things.
I call TDOT and ask why only 1 item was shipped. They look it up and
says that the exhaust is a special order and I need to confirm the purchase.

So instead of calling once the order was received on there end and asking me if that was correct they await for me to call and say yes (about 2 weeks after the fact).

So I give the okay and tell them to just ship it to AB instead of ONT from Cali cause that just makes no sense. They say it has to be processed in ONTARIO and I say then get it flown to you and flown to me. They say no.

I then resorted to email so I could use there words against them and they still
Haven't lived up to them.

I was promised an exhaust at my door on a certain day and they haven't even received it yet.

What a joke of a specialized PERFORMACE shop.

I ordered my Borla S cat back exhaust from them and everything went well with no issues. Hopefully you get your items soon.

No issues for me. I've ordered my brake pads from them, they didn't have it in stock, called me right away to let me know and put in a special order.

Also ordered my CAI, no issues, shipping was timely.

Customer service over the phone has been very good.

No issue for me: orders a Dynomax mid-pipe for my Magnum. Got it in less then 7 days.

I guess it's just my luck.

I know i won't be dealing with them anymore.

Only thing I hate about buying US is the surprise fees once
it's at your door.

Shouldn't run into fees with TDOT shipments, that one of their big sells.

I match and beat their prices all the time for my customers on almost everything they sell, Seems to be hit or miss with service.

Left TDOT and bought from Bozz1LE

Had it in stock and beat those scabs in price.

Sbear, yes the site isnt that great though, Im a car guy and mechanic not a Web Developer. Best bet is to either PM me on here or call/text/email if you need something. I have a proper Web Developer working on a site to compete with TDOT, just here to help the Local guys get some parts at great prices until thats going.
