Stripes on rear deck lid

Is GM going to offer the stripes from factory on the hood and trunk or just the hood?

They should be the traditional stripes. There's no reason to believe the stripes are limited to the hood.

We know that the factory designs include the hockey stick and the twin stripes. Other options will be available at your dealer.

All the pictures seem to indicate they'll be on the hood and rear decklid, but not the roof. They probably won't extend all the way down the front and rear fascias either.

Correct. Traditionally, Camaros are known to have their rally stripes extend from the end of the hood to the rear decklid spoiler, yet skipping the roof.

It has proved a much more appealing placement of stripes since the full chin-to-rear bumper coverage stripes that Mustangs are known for just don't work on these cars if you ask me.

I'm conflicted on this. I think I'd prefer the hood, roof, trunk treatment, as you've spoken about (none on the bumpers - thanks) but I think it would take away from the 'hawk on the cars without the sunroofs. Hmm... Good question. Even if GM doesn't do it, I'm sure there are going to be aftermarket people who can replicate them, so it may not be worth it to worry too much, IMVHO.

Too boy racer (RICER) if they go down over the bumpers and over the roof...

I agree, keep the stripes off the bumpers. I've seen PS's of this and it just looks sloppy.
