Carlisle Performance and Style... Anybody Going???
The show is May 8th and 9th and I was curious if anybody else will be going.
In the past this has been a ricer show, but I received a mailer that says they are trying to have a modern muscle section this year. I was considering going, but I do not want to be the only american car there!!! Just thought I would throw it out there, and see if anybody else in the area was going to make the trip... |

I could go but would perfer GM Nationals! But I suppose if it's just a day or 2 it wouldn't be that bad to hang with tuners for a few minutes!!!

Oh I will be at the GM-Nationals as well...
But I would like to know who will mak ethe trip to keep me company and help ward off the Hondas!!! |

I will be at the GM Nationals.
I wouldn't even consider going to the Performance and Style show. I used to go to the Import and Kit Car show years ago. When the ricers started to come into that show it ruined it. I'm glad they made it a separate show now.

I agree that the ricers are not my thing either...
However this year there is going to be a seperate class for modern muscle, and depending on the turnout they may expand the class next year as well. |

So anybody going?
I would really like to get the modern muscle section started off on the right foot so it is even bigger next year.. Hopefully we can take the show back from the ricers over the next couple of years. |
