Z/28 Steering wheel Extras? Radio delete panel??
So I found a picture of the Z/28 from the Sturgis Rally.
My Question is the right side of the steering wheel, will it really come with Bluetooth and the radio controls or is this just a preproduction snafu? I mean if it does not have a radio and only one speaker then why have bluetooth? Right? Shouldn't they just eliminate that whole panel in the steering wheel? And if it is not going to have a radio will we get a delete panel in the dashboard? T.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. I can't wait for my next Track fix. ^^^ THIS It has to have a "radio" as this is the driver's interface for changing settings controlled by the BCM. (ie. lights, locks, chimes, etc.) I'd be shocked if it didn't also get OnStar, XM and Bluetooth.

...well since its an alleged stripped down version I suspect the steering wheel may be sans the doo dads and other functions that we have on the mainstream models. Perhaps Chevy has not shown their hand fully yet on that, and other items!

It'll be just like you see it there. Basically they eliminated some speakers and AC (unless you want that too). Everything else is still there. PW, PWL, cruise, tilt, radio controls.. heck, it's even got a CD player.
"Stripped down" ain't what it used to be.

I wouldn't use the sturgis z/28 as an example. It a 2103 ss with z/28 added parts. So I don't think it's the finally version. Notice no mylink and has the older style radio. But then again what do I know?

You don't know much, the Z/28 does not come with Mylink.

I assume that since it has Z/28 on the steering wheel that GM probably intends on making steering wheels for the Z/28 just like that one. I doubt its a leftover from a rebuilt SS that they just stuck a little Z/28 badge onto.
