Ugh, Need HELP how to get out Scratches!
Anyone have some advice on the best way to get out some scratches. I have NO idea how this happened. Just noticed these 2 fairly long, about 2 feet long each tiny scratches that are not wide, they are about as thin as a hair, but basically white looking scratches on black. I am still hoping its just some gook or something I'm going to hit it with my Bug and Tar remover later in case that gets it out, but so far, just trying to use water and towels they are not budging, I have no idea what's caused these. They are on the passenger side door.

Not know what supplies you have I'll recommend some over the counter stuff, first start with Meguiar's Clay Kit. When you're done claying use Meguiar's ScratchX® 2.0, hopefully you have some microfiber towels....a PC would be nice also.

Trizact 3000 or 5000 and polishing compound is what I would use. 1/3 sheet of trizact 3000 is $5 at Walmart. Use the polishing compound with a wool pad or foam on a drill if you don't have a buffer.
