I 've noticed you can clean up a lot of clutter just by undoing the factory tape and wire loom on a lot of the harness's and rewrap them your self with tesa tape and flexo sleeving wrap. Makes the harness's a lot tighter and takes up a lot less space

What is Tesa tape? Any recommendations from what you've used? Looking to buy today -

Your 110% right!

On the OP I created hyper link to make it faster to navigate on to the "how to".

For the 2010 -11 guys, the first thing I would do is relocate heater hose. For you old timers, you know this was the catalysis for this whole mess, LOL

Here the stuff we used. Its also on the OP. You want to make sure you dont use tape were the adhesive is going to ooze out. This tape has very little design for this purpose.

Ordered Holly cover, ARP INTAKE, throttle body and coil pack bolts, new Taylor 135 degree custom color spark plugs? New CAI filter, gates hoses for heater hose relocation and C5 fuel line for fuel rail flip.

Got coil packs and brackets off and decreased, scuffed and shot first coat on coil packs.

Holly cover will be here today.

Few questions. What's best order to do the reassembly in? do heater hose and fuel rail flip first before removing stock valve covers and replacing with holly?

Also I have a catch can, does anything need to be removed there for any of this?

Thanks!

Anyone have this hose candy stuff? Looks like something I could order even for heater hoses but their website isn't the clearest on which option is best for what (at least mobile site).

Been doing some work. I got the roto fab washer relocation complete and added Apex scoop. Ordered some custom Taylor green 135 degree wires. Also got ARP bolts for throttle body, intake and coil packs (thanks for links on first page!). Got the C5 fuel line for fuel rail flip but haven't done it yet because...

I did the heater hose reload te with Gates hoses and didn't realize what a pain in the ass that would be. Cut my hands up pretty good and took far longer than I thought t would. I thought that would be the easy thing to start with so now looking at DIY for fuel rail flip I think I may be over my head...anyone have any other DIY links for fuel rail flip using C5 fuel line beside the JDP one everyone points to?

Also ordered replacement glass for my CAIS kid and a new filter to replace my old one that got sort of bent up.

Also painted coul packs and removed cool bracket in favor of black Holly cover. Have big trouble breaking OEM valve cover bolts loose however. Didn't worry too much because can't put coil packs back on valve cover until ARP bolts get here next week anyways.
