I am getting a single 3'' custom catback, it will consist of 2.5'' Y Pipe off the headers into a single 3'' catback. Im just after opinion on the best Flowmaster muffler for a deep smooth V8 Note. On my LS3. I never heard a super 44 or 40 series , except on You Tube

I've got American Thunder, and I think its the best of the low, hollow, smooth roars. It is the 40 series I believe.

On the Flowmaster website they have a series of mufflers to choose from.
For a LS3 ,anyone heard a super 44 ?Seems the pick of the bunch.
As flowmaster describe it as the deepest sounding muffler they have made.

The exhaust shopmaking the exhaust, said alotof the sound from the flowmasters depend where it is located under the car, they said they can jig it to whatever sound level , or note i want.
They also said they have had best sound results with flowmaster mufflers, with every customer wrapped with the sound.
