Embroidery Plus Embroidered Headrests?

Hi everyone, I would like to hear some feedback on Embroidery Plus in Pueblo Colorado. (In a different post everyone said they were great) I just wanted to know if anyone has had any problems, or were dissatisfied with their work, etc.

The pic below is what I want done.

THANKS!!!!

I had them done and it was great. Not that store but One here in MN. They even came out to the car to make sure the color matched my Seats.

Well, as I said above, everyone gives them alot of praise... When I spoke to her on the phone she basically gave me a disclaimer saying if anything went wrong they would not be responsible. Sooo... This was basically just to see if anyone had anything go wrong.

Now, She said that they center it in the headrest... the SS's are not centered... Did anyone else ask her to raise it up to the correct level?

I was in the embroidery industry until I retired at the end of last year. From what is in the pictures above the work is excellent. Leather is very difficult to embroider on and some places will not even attempt it. It is seldom that something goes wrong but it does happen. If you don't want to take a chance then don't get them embroidered. I have done some for members of TEAM LLT and TEAM LFX and they were happy with the work. When you are charging as fair a price as Pam does for the work if something does go wrong she suffers a pretty good loss by having to replace something she did not sell originally. Although I would replace damaged items and I do not agree with her position, I do not fault her for it. For some reason when something were to go wrong it was always on a one or two piece order and not one of the four or five hundred piece orders and it got costly to replace things. Especially leather garments. Hope that my rambling is understandable.

If you all look at the original thread, the logo was set up by the OP and he let us all have it for free.
No, you don't have to tell her you are from C5. Mine have been PERFECT for three years now. Hundreds of us have had this done by them, you will not be sorry!
