Just bought a 2009 challenger r/t for what i was going to buy my v6 camaro for. i love it so far and no regrets yet. i will see how i feel when the camaro finally comes out though.

Hey, if you could'nt wait, who can blame you? The weather in Pa just keeps me cool about the wait...don't want road salt over the paint job just yet!

Drove a challenger and didn't care that much for it..... I'm pretty certain Camaro will blow it's socks off. Challenger looks cool though..and yea, it's not as bad as a Mustang.

What color did you get? Did you get in on the employee pricing, or is now just 0% for 48 with $1000 rebate money? More of us may be jumping soon if we don't see a Camaro in our driveway.

i believe this i went to dodge.com its crazy cheap at the moment it calculates a rt for about 28 k bc of the discounts, but im still waiting for my camaro

That seems like a pretty good deal to get an R/T for the price of the V6. But if its a loaded 2LT you're comparing to its probably missing a few of the options on the Chally. Its a good looking car though, and probably runs great with the 5.7. Congrats....you will probably do better in the depreciation department too as compared to MSRP with no incentives on the Camaro. If I had to wait until next spring for the Camaro I might have done the same thing, and gotten into the Camaro in about 18 months when incentives and more color options (green) came out. Have a good summer!

(I gave up and got a GT500) 5/11/09 - order cancelled 5/27/09 - vehicle arrived at dealership for whoever bought it after me
