Need help picking out stripes - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hello everyone. I am a long time reader, first time poster. I have a black 1SS and think its time to get some stripes. I was looking at the bumblebee type stripes, as i do not like the factory stripes to much. What color do you think would go good, and where would you recommend i order the stripes from. Also i have the bowties blacked out on my since i took the pictures. Thanks

Seriously... Go with something hot pink, make sure that they aren't squared-off on the stripes and taper into flames. The tips of the flames need to be neon green. This is the color you're going to like. If you don't, then you need to reevaluate EVERYTHING!

You could try a version of this. I had a local guy that does race cars do it, and it's the nice laminate, not vinyl. I'll post up a link to his website if you'd like.

Vinyl stripes suck for waxing your car.

I went with white. Could not decide so asked the wife, and she decided. Have not installed them yet though.

Not sure, was just throwing two schemes that I like. And I stand corrected, it's "Matte".

I'm sure you were wondering who Matt was.

Low gloss Black paint with a special matte Clear Coat so its still cleared and protected but without that glossy finish ( at least thats how they do it at my shop )
