C5 F 2 Road Trip

Hey would anybody want to take a guess at mpg for a 2SS M6 on the HWY.

I took a trip to Wyoming, from central Texas, and back, and when I kept my foot out of it, over a four thousand miles trip, I averaged just at 25...That fell off by over half with my foot in it....

My best is 26.4 mpg....................but I have heard of even better mileage by 2SS!

Merc when i went to C5F last year from home to Vegas. The computer said i averaged 75mph and 24 mpg (US)gal about 26.5 mpg Imperial gallon.

Cool. I was discussing our route with my racing buddies and it was mentioned that there was a 400 mile stretch with no services. But we should be good. That would make our range on a tank about 480 miles. I think the Maro tank is 20 us gallons. That long stretch is in Nevada a believe.

When Konrad and i came through there last year we never even came close to having any fuel issues.

Cool. Buddy was just wondering. We pack enough fuel in the semi to go one way non-stop.
