Gloss Black Powder Coated Stock Wheel

Has anyone done a gloss black powder coat on their stock wheels? I have an IBM, and can't figure out if I should do a gloss black or flat black powder coat. Pics / help much appreciated.

Awesome...I like how they look, but of course pictures usually don't do things full justice. How do like them? And what's your opinion on doing other things gloss black, such as rear diffuser and engine cover? I'm just afraid of too much gloss.

I like them, and I do have a few other gloss black pieces. Though my "theme" if you will is black chrome and carbon fiber. But the gloss black looks really good, and when its clean it shines

They are holding up fine, I should point out though. I didn't do the gloss black myself, I had them powder coated. So I don't know if you were looking for someone who painted their own. I mean I plasti-dipped my summer set satin black. But plasti-dipping is a slightly easier process than painting.

I got mine gloss black (actually called wet black) last week and love them. Every time i pull up to a stop light, i get some random guy honking at me and wanting to compliment the wheels.

I did black with a bunch of clear to get gloss black and it surprises me how often someone compliments the wheels. I'm usually "really,,,,, umm there just stock wheels painted black". Only shot I have close to the wheel.

Gloss Black imho would look great with IBM. Still like the stock RS wheels here but if/when things changes thinking of going black chrome finish.

No doubt, I was in the same boat and went with the flat black due to my stripes being that color
