Tires / Wheels for my 1LE
So my 1LE will be built next week (10/22 TPW) and hopefully i'll be driving it the first week or two in November. Since i live in MA i can't be driving the stock Eagle's for the cold months of winter (i'm worried about this 40 degree cracking issue). I won't be driving this car in any weather (rain/snow), but i will be driving in good conditions all winter if we have another snowless one like last year. So my question is, what tire to buy that will keep performance but can handle colder temps?
My plan is to buy some TSW's so that i can easily take the stock wheels off and on. Im thinking the Rivage's 20x10 on all corners with 275/40R20 so that i can also rotate them. This will also be a cheaper tire option to cruise around with and not have to replace every 12k miles. Anyone have any luck doing this on a ZL1 or SS and what tires did you go with? All Seasons General G-MAX AS-03 Yokohama ADVAN S.4. Continental ExtremeContact DWS Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval AS Toyo Proxes 4 Summer (will this be better than Eagles in the cold temps?) BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2

what dealer you go to. and if i get to order one i think my plan will be the cheapest 19" or 20" rims i can get which may end up being stock 20 from some one on here and some all seasons. i survived last winter with the summer tires but i had a few close calls so id say at least all seasons

My advice is blizzaks if u see snow there. Thise tires are made to not wear if u drive in wet and drive winter days but work very well in snow. If you dont see anything but a bit of snow here and there get all seasons.
Do not by the bf goodrich tires for summer, tires are not up to snuff on a big car like this and probably dont give u traction improvements. I tried them on a track car once and the edge of the tire was getting chunks ripped off at the track. Same with khumos.

So if delivering a track car to owners at the beginning of winter was bad enough, they wait for the hurricane to arrive too?

Luckily mine was on a train during the hurricane, but it needs to get on a truck to my dealer ASAP now that the storms are gone!
