Z-28 pricing

Found this pop-up on a local dealer's inventory for a Z-28 in transit:

https://www.gmfamilyfirst.com/showro...6275535A6F41D5

(Click on "continue to military pricing") These are all dealer optional discounts, I understand.

Could simply be a mistake, but very interesting....

Best Regards,
John

I got $1000 off MSRP on mine. Not the best deal in the world, but better than nothing.

Way far better than nothing, Joey. Congrats! You're enjoying your new Z-28; people like me are still carefully testing the water, and living vicariously through all you early adopters. Good luck!

Best Regards, and keep us up to date on your experiences with the Z-28!

Dealer fee what's this for? There should not be any dealer fee as GM pays the dealer for prepping the car for sale/delivery.

A dealer fee is usually masked as "documentation fee" or some other bullcrap which effectively is a method of saying you're paying extra for nothing. Good thing about using the GM employee discount is that they can't charge you over 75 bucks for it, if they even charge for one, or something like that.

This is how to read dealer fees: "You will pay us XXX dollars for a dealer/doc fee so this is PURE profit. We charge it on every car regardless and you can't get out of it, and that's what makes it legal. We win. Pay it or GTFO."

Do rebates. etc. come to the owner automatically, or are there forms etc. to complete at the dealer? Can a dealer claim the Z/28 rebate for themselves and not tell you about it?

I have the exact same questions.
