Looks like it has a lot of finger prints all over the screen, or something all over the screen.

The Mylink can't be brand new if it came out of a 2014 Camaro, so basically its a 2014 Mylink radio and faceplate, that makes it at least 1 or 1-1/2 years old, depends when the 2014 Camaro was first registered. The 2014 Camaro came out in September 2013.So nobody drove this Camaro for almost 2 years if it only has 109 miles on the odometer. Just trying to figure this Camaro out.

Man, I wish I new about installation and whether additional items would be needed to install in a 2010 SS. Can anyone chime in to confirm how easy / or challenging - cost ... would be involved to install. Appreciate it.

You need the radio itself, control panel (LCD Screen), USB cable, USB connection (if you don't have one already) a harness for your Onstar, a harness for your center console, and a harness for the connection between the radio and control panel. I have a 2014 2LS so my install was a little easier, however those are the parts I know you will need. You will also need to have the radio programmed if its locked to his VIN. Just looked the kit to install and program the radio is 272 + 250. You just have to add the cost of the radio.
