At least information is released about it.
Everything coming down the pipe about Camaros has to be some big secret, otherwise you might actually anticipate and plan getting a new ride. I just hope they don't make it look worse for 2014+ |

Take the badges off most cars these days and unless you care about/ follow the industry it's hard to differentiate between models. The masses care about fuel economy and reliability which isn't a bad thing but I feel styling has taken a back seat

Most even semi intelligent people realize the better car isn't decided by a picture.

Also this is not about camaros. There is off topic discussion or other car sections for this non sense.

Not a big fan of it.
I don't mind this topic at all. It's Chevy related. The topic starter stated clearly in the title this was about the Impala. If you didn't want to read about the 2014 Impala-you probably shouldn't have opened this thead.

Try to relax, I started off by saying, "Sorry, I know this is a Camaro site but as a former 2005 Impala SS owner...". If the mods decide to move my thread to another section that's fine.

I wish I could find a picture that I took at a car museum a few years ago. It showed how cars looked in the 30's and 40's and was titled "And you think cars today look alike?"
Personally - for demographic of buyers who would be interested in an Impala, I think it looks like it will do well. Plus, anything is an improvement over the previous model.

Looks a heck of a lot better than the current Impala. As an everyday people-mover I don't think it's a bad design.
