Question about SCT - Returning to stock tune

If I use my SCT to return to a stock tune, can I use it to only turn off the AFM?

Once I am running the stock tune with AFM off, is the SCT device then "unmarried" to my VIN number so that it can be used by someone on a different car?

Thanks in advance.

AFM off is not a stock tune. Any changes made to the stock tune is a custom tune and your tuner is married.

So, you can't use the SCT x3 as a programmer to turn AFM off on multiple vehicles?
Not what I was hoping to hear.
Thanks for the response.

Nope.

In order to turn AFM off, you have to load the stock tune. Loading the stock tune marries the tuner to that car. To unmarry the tuner you have to return the tune to stock which will turn on AFM.
