Arrow 2012 Camaro ZL1 Spotted in Synergy Green!

If these pics are any indication/prediction, it seems that one of the special colors that the ZL1 will be offered is will be Synergy Green. Flashy color for a flashy Camaro This particular test car doesn't have the ZL1 front fascia attached yet, but the rest of the car is clearly ZL1 (from the wheels, to brakes, to quad exhaust, trunk spoiler, hood, etc.)

Synergy green metallic is currently an offered color for standard 2011 Camaros, but will only be a limited run color. This wouldn't come as much of a surprise as GM has previously hinted to the color:

From the online chat transcript from the Chicago autoshow (where the ZL1 was unveiled to the world:

Q: [Comment From Jeff Jeff: ]
I am a sales manager at a chevy dealer. When will you offer a more unique color and wheel selection. Also some different interior packages. How about some hideaway headlamps?

A: John Fitz - Camaro Marketing Mgr:
Jeff -- we are always looking to enhance the Camaro, be it a ZL1, LT or SS... Exterior color is important and we continue to look at colors that help the Camaro stand out (i.e., Synergy Green).

hmm, possibly working on a different hood and front clip? In fact, why would the car be in camo at all, unless this is car was camo'd prior to the Chicago Auto Show.

I think this might be another "Special" model that we are seeing here. The V-6 camaro front fascia has been noted as not allowing enough cooling for even the regular SS, so I find it hard to believe that they would test a ZL1 with this setup unless......what we have here is a special as of yet released model. Twin-Turbo V-6, Track Pack V-6, or even maybe a Z/2....

O.k...I will say it. Z/28.

I wonder why they are driving a BMW 5er (Number 4 on windshield) along with a Caddy SRX at the same time?

Let's face it, Synergy Green isn't a limited run color anymore. Every time GM says that, they change their damn minds.

They need to either make it a normal production color or honor their word when they say "limited."

...on that note, DO WANT.
