Ebay H13 bulbs??
Has anyone tried using those ebay headlamp bulbs that go for around ten bucks.
Some examples: http://www.ebay.com/itm/H13-9008-60-...dea8fa&vxp=mtr http://www.ebay.com/itm/H13-9008-WHI...81174970618%26 I want a more white and brighter light for my headlights and these seem very cost effective. Any downsides, anyone else try them?

These will probably be less bright than your factory halogen lights and burn out very quickly. I bought a similar pair for my car before I worked at DD and my brights didn't work at all. When I got my DD HID kit it was a night and day difference.
If you want better light output with the pure white cosmetic appearance, HID is the best way to go. Don't create more headaches for yourself by buying cheap bulbs through eBay. You typically get what you pay for with those cheap halogen *xenon* style bulbs. Nick C.

Well I really don't want to break the bank, I definitely do not want to spend over 50 bucks. Would you say the Silverstar zXe's (or something comparable, meaning brand name stuff) would be a safer bet then?
