How about covering the passenger seat with a thick plastic sheet to prevent their bodily fluids (yuck!) or cooties marring the pristine perfection of your car's interior?

Well i don't have the park feature since i have a manual but after i pass like 5mph my doors auto lock and i have to either take the key out of the ignition hit the unlock or double tap the handle to open the door. I guess I'm used to the double tap by now because all new chevy cars do it and we have had a couple of them at my house in the past couple of years. The best was having someone get out of the vette. They had no idea the little button on the handle of the door was the open the door button.

Solution simple - no passengers. That's what I do. The only people that ride in my car is my husband or my 13 year-old son. I always hit the unlock button before either try to get out.

+1....I always use my elbow when I have on a long sleeve shirt or my hip when I don't. No fingerprints for me.

OK - I should have said they don't automatically unlock until you turn the car off. Sorry - left that part out.
