I have a Traverse 2LT SIM! had the same problem in both rear doors!! I took it to the dealer and got them replaced under warranty!!
I think this happens in most new Chevys :( They need to look for new vendor for the seals

Mine came that way from the factory as well. I guess I should take it in too.

Mine is unfortunately at the window height and let's in a little water.... My dealer ordered a new molding for it a few days ago so it should be fixed this week.
