lower front grill removal

It got banged up and needs replaced. Is it possible to replace this WITHOUT removing the front bumper?

Not sure but it's not that hard to just remove the whole bumper. By the time you get a response that knows the answer, you could have done it.

Removal of the "nose cone" is mandatory, to replace the lower grille.

Only need to release the front sets of number 10 and number 8 can stay in place.

Numbers 5 and 6 (3 bolts each side if I remember correctly) are easy with smaller hands and good socket extensions. Another set of hands and a cushioned workspace are useful for handling number 1.

Unfasten to replace number 5

First time taking off the bumper cover is the worst. I took mine off last night to replace a bad Alky pump. Took me about 45 minutes to remove last night.

I had the same apprehension. It is not bad at all. You can do it no problem.

OK thanks guys. Not really a problem taking off the front bumper, just wanted to make sure it was necessary. I'll be digging into this hopefully sometime next week.

I'm not actually the one that damaged the front bumper, but not a bad idea either way.
