they get built when they get built. There's not a lot of continuity when it comes to the ZL1 builds yet so they haven't assigned TPWs. Once things start to stabilize they might start assigning some but I wouldn't expect any for this MY. Probably not until the '13s start. The people that say they have TPWs were told by customer service but I wouldn't put a lot of stock in what they(customer service) say.

when becky checks our status, most of the time the car just moves along and gets built. she hasn't seen a tpw for the zl1. however, i think if you get a hold of a knowledgable rep at customer service or something like that, they might give you one. i got one when i emailed chevrolet customer service, but not too many people with a zl1 on order got one

Lots of ZL1's have TPW's.
Mine is May 7

I think what he is trying to say is don't take the TPW as gospel based on trends from the first 500. There is a value in the system but it may not be acurate.

time will tell.
