So im prolly losing alot from slippage?

From sounds of it, yes. Look at it like this your only gonna want to go faster belt slip is gonna be your biggest prob. Mine as well go ahead and upgrade it to avoid issues. I've already been there done that. Lol

Before I went to 8 rib my car would top out at 155 mph. Wouldn't go any faster cause of belt slip.

I made 500rwhp with stock car and maggie only. I added same thing full exhaust and 3.2 pulley and made 580 rwhp. Then added cam and made 651rwhp. But I didn't have meth kit that u have. But I had a boost a pump

Ok so i tightened the belt more and now the car is holding 10lbs perfect... We retuned it and the car feels much faster, my tuner estimates about 560 wheel an increase of about 60 wheel over 3.8 pulley and no meth... As everyone stated i have now reached 100% fuel injector duty cycle... So we stopped tuning there, he says theres more power on the table but he doesent want to push it anymore untill i get injectors, a return style fuel pump and head studs... He told me to be very careful becuz the injectors are maxed out... What would be the next steps from here as far as mods??

A return style pump isn't necessary at your power level. I'm right about where you are, at 545hp through my cast manifolds, and 10.5 psi. Just a ZL1 pump with ADM module, and 88lb injectors. Im at 55% duty cycle. If i was running out of pump i wouldnt have 68 psi of rail pressure. No head studs here either. If you are going to stay around 10 lbs, I wouldn't bother pulling the heads just to put in studs. Get some injectors, and throw a ZL1 pump in it with an ADM module or a boost-a-pump, your choice. Unless you plan on hitting 650+ at the wheels eventually.

U don't need any of that. Get a boost a pump for couple hundred bucks. Like I said I ran 650rwhp with the 56 lbs injectors with stock fuel system and bap.

Get a tensioner at a minimum or switch to cogs with a 3.8 front pulley. Also, get a dang fuel pump and ADM module or Boost-a-pump. My duty cycle was about 95% with the stock injectors and a 3.4 pulley. No need for MSD wires, the stock delcos are fine, unless they are old, but I see that you changed them already. TR6s are ok, I have the Iridium version, TR6ix, and I run 10.5 psi of boost. Boost goes up to 10, then back down to 8 because the belt slip probably begins around peak torque. The torque isn't just going out the rear of the motor to the trans, it's also going out the front through the crank pulley.
Your plugs are way to hot sir. Please change to a colder plug.

Everyone seems to rate them different. Lingenfelter lists them as 56lbs, but if you open a ZR1 tune, the IFR figures show 53lbs @59psi.

I've considered changing, but I've never had a single issue running a TR6 heat range plug around 10lbs of boost, on multiple cars, over the course of 9 years. Have you?
