Thanks Ted! at Jennettyracing.com.

Sent my factory tune to and got intant service. He emailed me his custom tune, loaded the tuner with ease, Just follow Ted's instructions.. Installed tune in my car and wow! The car runs PERFECT with his tune and my mods. Can't wait to go to your shop this summer for the cam install.

Camaro5, Best believe this guy is for real! Thanks Ted.

HELP!!!! I downloaded my stock file to the SCT. I have installed the SCT Device Updater on my PC. I open the updater and connect the SCT/X3 into the USB port. When I do this my computer reads "USB Device Not Recognized". Any sugestions? I have tried it in all of the USB Ports with the same results.

Connect the SCT first...then open the software. I have W7 and that worked for me.

Please don't do this, the computer will load the wrong drivers if the software is not open first.

Per my instructions.

Ted.

My bad - I mean after the software is loaded and all is good after you email Ted your stock details. When I went to download the details Ted sent me I would open the software then plug in the SCt...the SCT would recognize and install but then would quickly uninstall and not be recognized. When I would close the software and plug in the SCT then open software = fine. The actually install do per Ted. Just call Ted dammit, lol.
